1. Nature of the Platform

BloodHelp is a technology platform designed to facilitate communication between voluntary blood donors and people in need of blood. BloodHelp does not recruit, extract, transport, test, or transfuse human blood. All medical decisions and procedures rest exclusively with licensed healthcare facilities.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, fictitious, or speculative blood requests.
• Offer or demand financial remuneration, gift vouchers, or payment for blood donation.
• Harass, stalk, or abuse any registered donor or requester.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest user data from the platform.

3. Limitation of Liability

BloodHelp does not guarantee the arrival, physical availability, medical fitness, or clinical compatibility of any volunteer donor. Requesters must continue coordinating directly with blood banks and hospitals.
