How we collect, store, and shield your personal, location, and blood group data.
1. Data Minimization
We strictly limit data collection to what is essential for blood donor matching: your name, email, Indian mobile number, blood group, and approximate city/coordinates. We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, PAN cards, or sensitive past medical histories.
2. Geographic Location Privacy
Exact GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude) and full residential addresses are NEVER disclosed to other users or search engines. In public donor queries, only your city name and an approximate spherical distance (e.g. "2.4 km away") are shown.
3. Two-Way Consent Handshake
Your phone number and email remain private by default. Contact details are only unlocked when a donor reviews a specific blood request and affirmatively agrees to connect.
4. User Rights & Right to Erasure (Account Deletion)
Users maintain full control over their donor availability status. Furthermore, you can delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal identity is permanently decoupled and device tokens are revoked.
